JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Calf Consultant/Sales Representative is a position responsible for consultative selling to dairy farms. Responsibilities include: – responsible for sales of neonatal calf-care products to the dairy industry – demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with dairy owners and decision makers – develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, and face to face cold calling on farm owners – participates in tradeshows and in development of educational programs Golden Calf Company is the exclusive North American distributor of the ColoQuick: Colostrum Management System, a tool designed for better management of neonatal calf care, based in Bloomer, WI.
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: – hands-on experience taking care of dairy calves – ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required – willingness to travel – proven ability to independently achieve goals must have a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
