Join a young, dynamic team and make a difference in everyday operations. You’ll be responsible for answering telephones, data entry, maintaining a customer relationship database, filing, record keeping, shipping and others.
Projects that you’ll be responsible for include: customer satisfaction surveys, inventory maintenance, customer history and sales trip scheduling.
Job Responsibilities: Answers customer and vendor phone calls in a courteous and friendly manner. Records phone calls, customer orders, customer issues, and other service related events in customer relationship database. Calls customers to follow-up on unit installs, marketing mailers, and trade shows. Conducts satisfaction surveys over the phone and collects testimonials. Assists Sales Team in scheduling appointments for sales trips Assists Sales Team in recording information about customers into customer relationship database. Arranges, counts, and records inventory on a monthly basis. Packages and ships small orders. Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. Attends trade shows and industry events as required. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Job Requirements: Certificate or diploma beyond High School Desired. At least 2 years of customer service experience Proven ability to stay organized under pressure Must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and reliable transportation.
