On a Dairy with over 3000 milking cows there isn’t much free time, but Eric was very gracious in taking some time to provide feedback. Dykstra Dairy purchased the Maxx 8 Coloquick Unit from Golden Calf Company back in 2011. Eric said that “the Maxx 8 has always done what the farm needs it to do.”
Before purchasing the Maxx 8, the Dairy didn’t pasteurized the colostrum, nor did they ever freeze it, they would only refrigerate it back then. He really likes having the system for their calves. “Soon after purchasing the CQ Maxx 8 system, within 1-2 weeks, we noticed that the calves had much less scours. Our calves were doing much better with us using this.”
